How will we use the information about you?

We only process personal information about you where we have a lawful basis to do so. Most of the personal data we process is in order to supply you with our services so our lawful basis is contractual. Where you have been a visitor or exhibitor at one of our shows in the last 4 years we have a legitimate business interest to contact you with further information about future shows and events.

If you exhibit at one of our shows we may share your details with official bodies such as the Show organisers, trading standard etc… and we may use your details and photos for promotional purposes such as social media or on this website.

Marketing and email newsletter

We use any information submitted to us by you to provide you with further information by email about the services we offer which you have requested and/or which may be of interest to you where you have been a visitor or an exhibitor at our show in the last 4 years.

The lawful basis for this processing is either consent or legitimate business interest.

You can choose to unsubscribe at any point by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email or contacting us.

Retention Periods

We store your personal data on secure servers for a period of 4 years from the date you register with us as a visitor or the last date that you exhibited or until you ask us to destroy it unless the law requires us to store the data for a longer period.
